I’m based in Vietnam and ordered flowers through the shop’s website for my boyfriend, who was traveling in Chiang Mai. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Even though the same-day delivery cutoff had already passed on the website, they still went out of their way to arrange delivery at almost 9pm. Orders for delivery today in Chiang Mai are accepted until 20:00 Thailand time, subject to flower and courier availability. Delivery may finish after 20:00. Working hours are 08:00–20:00; if today is not possible, we will contact you with the next option. Delivery is arranged by Red Car or Grab, depending on the address, bouquet size, and availability. We deliver across Chiang Mai city and nearby districts — the Old City, Nimman, Suthep, Chang Phueak, Hang Dong, Mae Rim, San Sai, San Kamphaeng, Saraphi, Doi Saket, and more. Delivery from ฿250; the exact fee is by area at checkout.
Pay online at checkout through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported, and Thai QR (PromptPay) from any Thai banking app. Prefer a Thai bank transfer? Message us on LINE or WhatsApp and we will send the bank details.
Yes. A message card is included — write your personal message during checkout and we deliver it with the bouquet.
If a substitution is needed due to availability, we keep the same overall style, similar colors where possible, and the same or higher value.
Yes. Add the recipient name, place name (hotel, condo, hospital, or villa), and a phone number at checkout — our courier coordinates with reception, the ward desk, or the juristic office on arrival.
Yes. Pay securely by card through Stripe checkout (Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported). Our Chiang Mai team prepares and delivers locally — you do not need a Thai bank account.
At checkout you can paste a Google Maps share link or pin for the exact drop-off. Include the recipient’s phone number so the courier can confirm access at hotels, gated residences, or offices.
Contact us promptly with photos. We follow our refund and replacement policy for damaged or wilted flowers after delivery.
For quality and delivery confirmation, we may take a photo at the delivery location when permitted — for example at reception, with the recipient, or at the door. We avoid capturing sensitive personal details where possible.
